You can look at your website or just think about your business.
Here are the questions to consider:
- What do I offer?
Is it clear to your customers what you can do for them?
- Do I have customers?
If you have paying customers, you have a business. Congratulations!
- Do they pay me enough to live on?
This is about attracting more customers at a price that makes you a profit.
Start by pretending to be a customer from a social media post or your website and see whether you would book yourself.
What’s missing that you could add?
- Am I legal? e.g. qualified & insured.

- Do I have a financial plan for the next 3-12 months?
